Viram is a completely offline application designed for digital wellbeing and screen time tracking.

Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
Usage Data: All data processed by the App, including app usage statistics, screen time, and custom limits, is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.
Permissions: The App may request permissions (e.g., Usage Access) to provide its core functionality. These permissions are used solely to process data locally on your device.
Health & Medical Data: Víram - Focus & Wellbeing does not collect, store, or share any personal health or medical data. All cognitive statistics are processed locally on your device for productivity purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, and we are not liable for any decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

Since we do not collect any data, we do not share, sell, or trade any user information with third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

All information generated by the App is stored in your device’s local storage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data associated with Viram will be permanently deleted.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not collect any information from children. Since no data is collected, we are inherently compliant with regulations like COPPA.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
