These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Viram mobile application (“the App” or “the Service”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Viram is a digital wellbeing tool that tracks app usage, sets custom limits, and provides screen time insights. All operations are conducted locally and offline on your device.

2. Use of the App

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
• Personal Use: The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Device Requirements: The App requires specific permissions (e.g., Usage Access, Notification Access) to function correctly. By using the App, you consent to these requirements.

3. No Medical Advice & Health Disclaimer

Víram - Focus & Wellbeing does not collect, store, or share any personal health or medical data. All cognitive statistics generated by the App are processed locally on your device for productivity purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the App should be construed as medical guidance. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of or reliance on any information displayed in the App. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified medical professional.

4. No Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate screen time data, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
• Any technical issues or glitches in the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and materials related to the App are the property of the Developer and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
